Yes! All our wooden toys and busy boards are carefully crafted and assembled by hand. Each design is personalized and produced with high attention to detail to ensure a safe and unique final product.

3. How do I personalize my order?

Simply enter the name or text you want in the personalization box on the product page. Please double-check the spelling before checking out to ensure your custom gift is perfect!

4. How long does it take to process my order?

Since each item is personalized and handmade to order, processing time typically takes 1–2 business days.

5. How long does shipping take?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Total Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees at checkout.

7. Are your toys safe for children?

Safety is our top priority. We use high-quality natural wood, smooth rounded edges, and non-toxic, water-based paints that are safe for little ones.

8. Can I see a preview before production?

We do not automatically send previews to keep our processing time fast. However, if you specifically request one in the order notes, we are happy to send a digital preview before we start crafting.

9. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we may not be able to make changes to personalized items.

10. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

11. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
