Free U.S. Shipping on All Orders
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase or hidden fees required.
Order Processing & Personalization Time
Because our name puzzles and busy boards are personalized and handcrafted, they require a dedicated production window:
- Handling & Production Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier logistics.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet every delivery estimate, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or high-demand holiday seasons. We will proactively communicate any significant delays to you.
Safe Packaging for Safe Play
We take extra care in packaging our wooden products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Standard shipping is 100% free for all our customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
