30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We are pleased to offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is officially delivered. If your item doesn't bring a smile, you may initiate a return within this timeframe.
Eligible Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Like-New Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and pristine condition, with all its original packaging included.
- Non-Customized: This policy applies to non-personalized items only. (Please see section 9 for details on custom orders).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase.
Simple Exchange Policy
Prefer a different model or color? We are happy to facilitate an exchange for eligible items. Whether you've just changed your mind or received a defective piece, our exchange process is designed to be seamless.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Getting started is easy:
- Email Us: Send an email to Support@BoldInkDesigns.com with your order number and a brief note about the reason for your return.
- Review & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed mailing instructions within 2 business days.
- Securely Ship: Pack the item safely and ship it back to us via mail. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs
- You're Covered: If the product is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We'll provide a pre-paid label for you.
- Changing Your Mind: For all other returns you simply changed your mind on a non-custom item, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Your original standard shipping was on us!
Fast & Fair Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (to ensure it meets the condition requirements), we will begin your refund process.
- Within 5 Business Days: We aim to initiate your refund within 5 business days of receiving your item.
- To Your Original Payment: Refunds will be automatically issued to the original method of payment you used at checkout.

Β Damaged or Defective Items
If your handcrafted treasure arrives damaged or isn't as described, please take photos of both the item and its packaging. Contact us immediately at Support@BoldInkDesigns.com with the details. Your case will be a priority for our team.
Non-Returnable Items
Because each piece is made-to-order just for you, customized, engraved, or personalized items (such as name puzzles with specific names) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We are sure you understand that we cannot resell a product made with a specific child's name.
